The Department of English of Lady Shri Ram College is back with its annual academic conference, Litmus 2020 on the theme of *Storytelling, Orality and Narrativization*
Under this conference, we are holding a scriptwriting event *Chalchitra ka Manchitra* in collaboration with *PROJEKT, The Film and Photography Society* of Lady Shri Ram College.
The theme for this event is *Rewriting Revolutions*
Cinema has been a medium to further revolutions since ages. Big or small, every individual leads some revolution in his, her or their lifetime.
There are many movies that have inspired revolution and resistance of the status quo, and encouraged us to make our own path. We want you reimagine these classic storylines, these iconic characters in the present-day context.
You can choose any one movie from the list below and recreate it in any way that you wish to.
1. The Breakfast Club
2. Udaan
3. Dead Poets' Society
4. Rang De Basanti
5. The Shawshank Redemption
6. Raajneeti
Send your screenplays incorporating the themes of resistance and revolution and win amazing prizes!
